NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hastings will hold a special Joint City Council/Brownfield Authority Board workshop meeting at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, in the second floor Council Chambers at City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Michigan 49058.

The purpose of the meeting is for our consultants at SME to provide education and background information on the Brownfield Housing TIF and discuss how different communities have approached these incentives.

The City will provide necessary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon five days’ notice to the Clerk of the City of Hastings. Individuals requiring these services should contact the City of Hastings at 269-945-2468, or via email at mpeacock@hastingsmi.gov.
