NOTICE OF SPECIAL BROWNFIELD REDEVLOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority of the City of Hastings will
hold a special meeting at 8:00 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in the second floor Council Chambers
at City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Michigan 49058.

The purpose of the meeting is for representatives of Bachman Fields Planned Unit Development to
present a conceptual Brownfield Plan.

The City will provide necessary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon five days’
notice to the Clerk of the City of Hastings. Individuals requiring these services should contact
