Request for Proposals for Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Proposed Lead Line Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids for replacing approximately 100 water services lines within the City of Hastings. Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Monday, August 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
