Request for Proposals for
Parking Lot #1 Sidewalk Boulevard Reconstruction
Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids proposals from qualified vendors for the reconstruction of a pedestrian boulevard located at West Court St and South Church St, Hastings, Michigan. The project addresses deteriorated concrete pavement, curbing, and tree-related infrastructure damage that has created unsafe pedestrian conditions and ADA compliance concerns.
Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “Parking Lot 1 Bid” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
