PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Proposals for Concrete Construction – Barrier-Free Parking Spaces

 

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Public Library is soliciting quotes to have two ADA-compliant barrier-free parking spaces outside the Building’s South entrance on State Street.

 

Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the main desk of the Hastings Public Library, or via email, with “Barrier-Free Parking” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
