PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Proposals for

Police Department Renovation Project

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids for renovation of Police Department office space at 2nd floor of Hastings City Hall.

Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Thursday, February 19th, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at the office of the City Manager. All bid envelopes shall be labeled: “Police Department Renovation Project” and shall have the name and address of the bidder on the outside of the envelope.

Bid documents will be available for examination at the Builder’s Exchange of Grand Rapids, Dodge Data & Analytics, and the City of Hastings.

Contact Sarah Moyer-Cale, City Manager, City of Hastings at (269) 948-3875 to enquire about access to the existing building other than during pre-proposal meeting.

Voluntary walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
