Request for Proposals for
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) & Advance Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services
Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids to retain an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider for a term of three (3) years, with options to renew for three additional one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement for the City of Hastings, Baltimore Township, Carlton Township, Hastings Township and Hope Township “Municipalities”.
Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Friday, August 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “EMS Ambulance Services” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
