PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Proposals for

DDA Street Light Pole Painting and Restoration 2026

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids for the cleaning, surface preparation, priming and painting of existing street light poles within the DDA District. A total of seventy-one (71) light poles shall be painted, consisting of sixty-one (61) poles 14 feet in height and ten (10) poles 25 feet in height. 

Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Monday, April 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “Street Light Bid” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
