PUBLIC NOTICE
Request for Proposals for City Hall Passenger Elevator Modernization
Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bids to modernize the elevator, bringing it into compliance with applicable elevator safety requirements and improving overall reliability and performance.
Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Monday, August 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “City Hall Elevator” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
