ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 630

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Hastings, Michigan, does hereby certify that

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 90 OF THE HASTINGS CODE OF 1970, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING: ARTICLE 90-VII-8 – BACHMAN FIELDS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SECTION 90-721

was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hastings at a regular meeting on the 27th,  of May 2025.

A complete copy of this Ordinance is available for review at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
