PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Proposals for Streetscape Flowers 2027-2028 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is issuing this RFP for streetscape flowers within the downtown DDA district for a two-year contract. The selected contractor will supply flowers for the following:

  • Fifty-six (56) eighteen (18) inch hanging baskets
  • Two (2) reserve hanging baskets
  • Twelve (12) 2’ x 6’ planter boxes
  • Fifty-eight (58) three (3’) foot round diameter planters

 

An assortment of flowers is requested. 

Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “Streetscape Flowers” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
