ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 639

 

The undersigned, being the Clerk of the City of Hastings, Michigan, does hereby certify that

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 90 OF THE HASTINGS CODE OF 1970, AS AMENDED, TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF 203 EAST HIGH STREET CURRENTLY ZONED A-O (APARTMENT AND OFFICE DISTRICT) FROM A-O TO R-2 (ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) 

was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hastings at a regular meeting on the 27th of July 2026.

A complete copy of this Ordinance is available for review at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
