NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT MODIFICATION AND FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL
The City Council for the City of Hastings will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing written and/or oral comments from the public concerning 420 E Mill Planned Unit Development modification and final site plan approval for certain properties located at 328 East Mill Street parcel #08-55-001-001-02 and 420 East Mill Street parcel # 08-55-001-001-04. City Council will review and consider 420 E Mill Planned Unit Development modification and final site plan approval for reorientation of multi-family residential buildings, reorientation and increase in size of mixed-use building, and addition of a childcare center in the mixed-use building as a permitted use. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday September 29, 2025, at a special meeting of the City Council in the City Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Michigan 49058.
A copy of the proposed site plan and map are available for public inspection from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at the Office of the Community Development Director, 201 East State Street, Hastings, Michigan 49058.
