Cashier/Accounts Receivable Clerk

The City of Hastings is seeking a full-time Cashier/Accounts Receivable Clerk to serve in the Finance Department. Primary duties include processing incoming transactions, including sewer and tax payments, by mail and over the counter, answering the telephone and responding to inquiries regarding tax payments, sewer bills, and other related information. The successful candidate will have experience in cash handling in an office setting, with proven communication, organization, and attention to detail. Salary range $19.87 – $24.22 per hour, DOQ with benefits.
