PUBLIC NOTICE

Request for Proposals for Sidewalk Accessibility and Remediation Project 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hastings is soliciting bid proposals from qualified vendors for the removal and replacement of existing sidewalk within residential neighborhoods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.

Sealed proposals or bids must be received on or before Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, with “Sidewalk Bid” wording on package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to:
